About The Team

James Brothers Racing came into existence in late 2006 when Greg and Scott joined MMCW and began competing in minimoto events. They progressed rapidly through the ranks and are now ready for the next step in their journey towards an ultimate goal... to become World Champions!

The boys moved up briefly to the Metrakit Mini GP British Championship rounds in late 2007 and from the off were running with the top riders – even taking podium positions!! As a result they were both selected to represent the UK, and compete against the very best young riders in the World at the annual Metrakit World Festival Race 2007. The race took place at the internationally renowned MotoGP circuit in Valencia, Spain on 16 December 2007, Greg was even given a factory ride on a pre GP 125 machine.

Both Scott and Greg have put in some impressive performances so far against World class riders such as Dakota Mamola (Son of Randy Mamola) and Miguel Pons (Son of Alfonso ‘Sito’ Pons).

These young lads from South Wales are the only young Welsh riders on course for World Class road racing. They have proved time and time again that they have the motivation, sheer determination and most of all, the talent to succeed.
